We use Royal Mail Second class For parcels upto 2kg in weight, items may need to be signed for.

Any parcel over 2kg will be delivered via a reputable carrier and will need to be signed for.

Deliveries to The following postcodes by carrier: ALL BT & ZE POSTCODES including SHETLANDS, IV2-IV40, IV52-IV54 IV63, KW1-KW14 including ORKNEY ISLANDS, PA20-PA40, PH19-PH40, PH50, ALL WESTERN ISLES, IV41-IV51, IV55-IV56(SKYE), KA27 & KA28, KW15-KW17, PA41-PA78, PH41-PH44 ISLES OF SCILLY and ISLE OF MAN, will have an extra charge of £10.

Any delivery weighing under 2.0kg or doesn't cost over £30 will be sent out via royal mail, Second Class post to anywhere with a postcode at no extra cost. There is an option on checkout to select First Class post for a nominal fee. All goods need to be signed for, so please supply us with an address where somebody will be in to sign for the goods. Our carriers will not leave the goods without a signature.

You have to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery, check the goods and refuse delivery if they are damaged. Please do not sign for goods and then report to us that they are damaged, as you will have to return the goods at your own expense.

If there is nobody there to sign for the goods:

Our carrier attempt to deliver to your delivery address twice, and will put an attempted delivery card through your letter box if nobody is there to sign for the goods. If you are carded twice goods will then be sent back to our carrier’s local depot. You will then be emailed from our self’s where you will have the option to collect the goods from your local depot or we can arrange for a re-delivery which you will be charged for.

If you choose not to collect the goods or pay for the re delivered there will be a 2 way charge. Our carrier charges us for trying to deliver the item and then charge us for returning the item. This charge will be passed onto you.

We ship all our goods to the address registered on eBay.

Returns Policy

Return policy Returning an item you have purchased by mistake: We will endeavour to provide as much information within the content of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. However, should you require to return any product, we will allow you to do so within 7 days of the day after receipt. You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier. We ask that you do everything possible to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition and with their original packaging. Please include a copy your invoice. We will refund the total cost of the goods, minus a restocking charge when we receive the goods back in a resalable condition. Returning an item that is faulty: If we have supplied an item that is faulty or goes faulty in the first 7 days of receipt we will arrange the uplift of the goods. Should we (and sometimes the manufacturer) upon receipt of the item be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods and any carriage costs incurred. Returning an item that we have supplied incorrectly: If we have supplied an item incorrectly we will arrange the uplift of the goods and have the correct item sent out at the same time.
